1958މ އޯގަސްޓް 5(1377ހ ޒުލްހައްޖު 17)ގާ، އެމެރިކާގެ "ހޫ އިޒް ހޫ އިން މިޔުޒިކް އިންޓާނެޝަނަލް"( މިއުޒިކުގާ ކާކަކީ ކާކު، ބައިނިލްއަގްވާމީ) ކިޔާ ކުންފުންޏެއްގެ 'ކޯ އެޑިޓަރު' ކަމުގާވާ ކްރިސްޓޮފާ ޕަވްލަކިސް، އައްސުލްތާނު މުހައްމަދު ފަރީދަށް، ބައިނިލްއަގްވާމީ މިއުޒިކް ސާވޭގާ ރާއްޖެ ހިމެނުމުގާ، ރާއްޖޭން އެއްބާރުލުމަށް އެދި، ޖޫނު 4ގާ ފޮނުވާފާވާ ސިޓީއަކަށް ހަވާލާދީ، އެސިޓީ ނުލިބިވާކަމަށް ވަންޏާ، އޭގާ ބުނެފާވާ ކަންކަން ބަޔާންކޮށް އެހެން ސިޓީއެއް ފޮނުވާނެކަމާ، އަދި ސިޓީ ލިބި، އޭގާ އަހާފާވަ މައުލޫމާތު ހޯދަން ދަތި ނަމަ، އެކަމާ ބެހޭ ފަރާތަކަށް އެ ފޮނުވާދީ އެ މައުލޫމާތު ލިބޭނޭ ގޮތް ހަދާދިނުމަށާ، އަދި އެސާވޭ ކާމިޔާބުކޮށްދާ ދިއުމަކީ، ރާއްޖެ ބައިވެރިވުމަށް އެދޭ އެދުން ބޮޑުވެފާވާ ކަމެއްކަމުގަޔާ، މަޖައްލާގެ ޝާއިއު ތާރީހު ކުޑަތަންވެފާ ވީ ނަމަވެސް، ރާއްޖޭގެ މައުލޫމާތަށް މަޑުކުރާނެ ކަމުގަޔާ، އަދި އެ ސިޓީއާ އެކު، އެ ލިޔުމުގާ ހިމަނާނެ ރަށްރަށުގެ ލިސްޓެއް ފޮނުވި ކަމުގާ ބުނެ، ފޮނުވާފާވާ ސިޓީއެއް.
