1191ހ ޝައްވާލް 16(1777މ ނުވެންބަރު 17)ގާ، އަލްގާޒީ މުހައްމަދު މުހީބުއްދީނު ޝެއިހުލްއިސްލާމް އުއްތަމަ ފަނޑިޔާރުގެ ޝަރީއަތު މަޖިލީހުގާ، ހިތާދޫ މީހުން، އެމީހުން ނަށް އޮތް، ވަގުފް ރަށެއްކަމުގާވާ އަންހެންފުށި، ކިނޮޅޮހު ފަޑިޔަތް ތަކުރުފާނު އަތުލައިގަނެގެން އުޅޭކަމުގާ ދައުވާކުރުމުން، އެރަށާ ބެހޭ، ދެއްވަދޫ ރަސްގެފާނުން(ފަނޑިޔާރު ކަމުގާ ހުރިއިރު) ނިޔާކުރަށްވާފާ ވަނިކޮށް އައްސުލްތާނު މުހައްމަދު މުހްޔިއްދީނުގެ ސިއްކަޖަހާ ލިޔެފާވާ ފަތަކުން، އަންހެންފުއްޓާއި މަޑުއްވަރީ އެއީ ހިތާދޫއަށް އޮތް ދެރަށްކަމުގާ ސާބިތުވުމުން، އެ ދެރަށް އެއީ ވަގުފް ސައްހަ ކަމާ، އެފަޑިއަތް ތަކުރަކަށް އެރަށުގެ އެއްވެސް ކަމެއް ނޯންނާނެކަމުގަޔާ ބަޔާންކޮށް، އަލްގާޒީ މުހައްމަދު މުހިއްބުއްދީނު ޝެއިހުލްއިސްލާމް އާއީ އަލްގާޒީ މުހައްމަދު ޝަމްސުއްދީނު ފަނޑިޔާރުމަނިކުފާނު ލިޔެފާވާ ފަތެއް.
